Managed 133 Home Depot grand opening and capital projects encompassing 17 states and 5 Canadian Provinces with $14.7 billion annual sales.

When the closure of the regional offices occurred, Home Depot retained me as a vendor for the Canadian Division to manage 120 more Grand Openings and capital projects. Within that consulting role, I created signage placement blueprints, 4 different lingual signage packages, sourced their production & orchestrated shipping logistics within Canada (saving Home Depot Canada over $3 million in shipping annually). In addition, partnered with Big Advertising to build a digital asset management site. This kept ownership of the files with Home Depot, encouraging print vendors to be highly competitive.
